TSEO Thai/UK Study Tour on Social Impact Investment
23-27 June 2014

tseotour
The i-genius led UK visit was an opportunity for senior figures in the Thai government and business community to meet with government ministers, senior civil servants and UK companies interested in investing in Thailand and to discuss the opportunities and challenges associated with doing business responsibly.

It was also an opportunity to learn from the UK’s experience in supporting responsible business both at home and globally and for key stakeholders in the UK to learn about the good work that has been initiated by the Thai government in support of responsible business practice. Finally it was a chance for the UK to share examples of the emerging areas of social enterprise and social investment in supporting more inclusive economic and social development.
