Coalition to Uproot Ragging from Education CURE is India's leading anti-bullying (called as ragging in India) organisation web presence www.noragging.com estd. in 2001 to fight the menace of ragging (bullying) in colleges and Universities across the country. Ragging is a serious problem especially in professional colleges in India which leads to several students dropping out of college or committing suicide every year. Since 2001, CURE has been successful in generating mass awareness in the country by highlighting the evils of ragging which has so far claimed lives and ruined careers of several innocent students across the country. Being the pioneer organization in India on the issue of ragging, CURE has faced several struggles and challenges to establish a public opinion against ragging and bring to the notice of the society the atrocities taking place in the name of ragging. Today CURE is recognised as the face of the anti-ragging campaign in India and is actively engaged in the research work and anti ragging activism in several parts of the country. CURE has set up chapters in several major cities and colleges in India.
