24 years ago my dad , who interviewed hundreds of entrepreneurs during 40 years at The Economist, published a future history forecasting that 2008 netizens would need to identify 30000 community-up projects if professions like economics/accounting etc were to be changed sufficiently to ensure a sustainable way of integrating local into global ( see net future history at normanmacrae.com)
Yunus1000: In Spring 08, I am hoping that 1000 Londoners will help accelerate ths process with Dr Muhammad Yunus inviting us to celebrate humanity by collaboratively making listings of Social Actions and Social Businesses (see grameen.tv) Amplifying my dad's deadline for systemising a win-win-win globalisation is Yunus's extraordinary new book on changing capitalism
Compared with some defintions of social entrepreneurship and their projects- Social Business adopts the challenging model of sustaining 100% of cashflow; conversely Social Actions offer every group of 3 citizens the chance to have a go at social goal that they teamwork action learning around for at least a year.
If you have time to post me any SA's or SB's, I'd love that- also please tell me if they have project owners who we should be inviting to Yunus1000
