Students keep on going!

I recently was talking to a friend who had just finished their LPC at Law School, he had been looking for a training contract for almost 7 months, and he was about to quit looking, can you beleive he was actually considering changing career for something easier!

My advice was to keep on moving!
It reminded me of the several times that I have failed fallen down and stood back up and continued, it also reminded me of the times where it seems like you will never reach your goals and dreams, but you have to keep on trying.

Here are few words of encouragement for those that are finishing off degrees with dissertations and/or preparing for examinations next year

It's almost over, the road is long and hard, but dont give up. Its not easy to make progression but you should do what you want to do, instead you may look back over your years in regret, wishing that you should have done what you could have done. Once the time has passed, its gone, and it will never return so use it wisely... strive for your dreams, until you reach them, no matter what it takes. It 's going to be hard, no one said it was easy, but it will be worth it in the long run... Keep on moving!

For those LAZY students out there that leave everything to the last minute, procrastinating and doing everything else but studying.. and then wondering why you only got a C grade in your examinations..

Remember this...
"You cannot make footprints in the sands of time sitting on your butt!" You have to put the work in.

You cant go to where you want to be and stay where your at..
You must put things into action and work for the A grades. If you aim for A and you fall short of it, the result will be a B.. but if you only aim for a C grade and fall short of that.. hmm... something to think about..

Anyway peeps just keep pressing forward in whatever you want to acheive, be encouraged and most importantly have faith.

Nathaniel, thank you for these words. I would say it's true not only for studies and career, but for all spheres in life in general: if you want to achieve something, don't just sit and wait for a miracle. However, I would also like to say that one should never regret sitting down for a moment and rest, just for a while. Everybody needs to be weak sometimes.. Being strong always can be perilous for the personality, health..

Acheiving goals of any kind is hard work, and even if you think your prepared for it, you might want to think again. All the people that I know who buy lottery tickets and hope that their dream life will just fall out of the sky, I tell them 'I'm playing the life lottery, I work hard every day and hope to acheive my goals and dreams'.
