The aim of this programme is to help Team Leaders understand their role within the team; how to organise themselves; how to organise and manage their team’s work effectively, how to deal with problems; and how to communicate to greater effect – saving time and resources and improving moral and motivation. Eligibility
Participants must:
Be 19 years of age and over
Have at least 5 GCSE’s A-C.
Be linked with an Active Sports and Leisure organisation in a paid or non paid capacity.
