I\\\'ve always been interested in working with youth to overcome our current harsh political and economical situation to help them reach their potentials. I\\\'m starting now a new initiative at Bethlehem University to establish a new unit of Alumni Relations and Career Development. On this project, I\\\'m focusing on cultivating the entrepreneurial and creative thinking of our young students as a way to improve their future career opportunities. Career counseling, entrepreneurial training, and local/International internship opportunities are some of the activities of this project.
