Impact, investment, soul. I am interested in the development of organisations that see people and the earth as a priority to success, whether they are profit driven or not-for-profit. Having been privileged to work with hundreds of organisations in a practical way it has been clear that those organisations that understand and prioritise their people (internally and externally) and respect the natural environment have a much more fulfilling impact and longer term success. I work with funders to assist strategic decision-making; designing funding programmes with depth and meaning, and measuring their impact.
