Oguntê is looking for two open-minded, pro-active and enthusiastic persons to join our small team in London as intern Network and Enterprise Enablers.

The candidates should possess their own laptop and feel comfortable and responsible enough to work remotely at times.

We would love to hear about you and your life-experiences, especially if you:

Demonstrate hands-on and solution-focused approach
Know about business development and Women in the Social Economy (especially in London)
Can demonstrate exceptional communication skills (ESSENTIAL spotless English spelling, good excel, word, presentation skills, you are very familiar with social networking and not afraid of virtual worlds.)

Are happy to learn new skills around events, branding, communication, IT, and are willing to brainstorm and learn with the team.
If this sounds like you, then we’d like to have a conversation with you regarding the following:

OGUNTE Global Tribal network and enterprise enabler: THE ROLES

ROLE A: (Major in communications) You will be the pen, the voice and occasionally the face of our organisation, marketing the programmes and events on-line, communicate news to the internal facilitation team, and occasionally assist the delivery team in making our networking and learning events a success.

Responsibilities:
* Public relations and Information Administration: Light administrative and PR support to the Directors. Providing information and support to members, clients and those who email us regarding the events, the awards and learning opportunities. (mainly on-line). Requires excellent listening and editorial skills.
* Events Management: Supporting with the booking, publication, production and (occasional) hosting of meetings and events. Requires attention to detail and good planning skills

ROLE B: (Major in research and strategy) You will identify resources and opportunities for business development, (for instance: contracts, sponsors, partners and investors), co-create operational systems, track progress, risks and measure impact according to our strategy.

Responsibilities:
* Awards schemes co-ordination: Taking part in the selection and support of the Make a Wave Award successful candidates (once a year)
* Tracking progress, success and learning from customers' feedback and maintaining internal targets files.
* Sourcing partners for the next Women's Social Leadership Awards

We would love the enablers to also be creatively involved in sourcing new individual and organisational members to approach for the network.

INTERNSHIP: 3 months minimum as part of a work experience. (Can be extended to suit your needs if you are at Uni for instance).
In return, you get your travel expenses reimbursed, in-house personal and professional coaching, access to our close strategic network and learning events. You get great insights and strategic knowledge of the sector and you can grow your business accumen.

Your time, contribution and learning will be officially recognised by the CPD institute.

HOURS: up to 8 hours a week – (Role A- hours and times can vary due to various events commitments).
This is a role suitable for a person wishing to work flexibly, partly from home, and occasionally at our offices in Angel and Charing Cross, and other meeting locations in Central London, and who would like to create and eventually grow in a tailored and paid part-time position in the companies (Either Ogunte Ltd or Global Tribal Ltd).

Our partners and associates can purchase your services should you be willing to work more hours against fees.
