10-Week Feature Writing Course at Media City UK

DETAILS
Professional writing skills are always in demand and there are numerous markets for feature writers including newspapers, magazines, periodicals and charity publications, to name just a few. This 10 week evening course covers the core skills and techniques of feature writing. It will provide individuals with valuable skills that can be applied to a variety of professional and non-professional roles including both traditional and citizen journalists, press officers, publicity assistants, freelance writers, people who write for community newspapers or anyone with a blog or website who wants to learn journalistic skills.
DATES
This course will run on Thursday evenings between 6.30pm and 8.30pm from October 6 to December 15 2011.
FEES
The cost of this course is just £150 - equivalent to £15 a class!
LOCATION
Our course will be held at the brand new Media City UK, in Salford Manchester, occupied by the BBC and the University of Salford.
