Lapinni Emmanuel Akinyemi is a household name in the North East sub region especially in Yobe state Nigeria when it comes to development work. I am a generational influence and the founder of Family Alive Network (a yobe based NGO). He is also a regular columnist in many Nigerian and international newspapers and magazines (The Mark, Daily Independent, Oak magazine, The Herald, Grace & Truth magazine-USA, African Herald Express and many others). I am a result oriented, multi-talented and dedicated young man who relates well with his environment. I have through the capacity building of Democratic Leadership Training Workshop of ALF has made great impact through my widely publications in the areas of Leadership and Business development and also moulded young people’s lives and prepared them as global assets. I have also achieved a lot in terms of Leadership developments as I pioneer Youth development on entrepreneurship, anti-corruption, poverty reduction, drug abuse and good governance. I have been able to organize an annual Leadership and Business development programme for young Leaders and entrepreneurs and without being economical with the truth, the Democratic Leadership Training Workshop has made me a global agent of change. I am regular columnist on Nigeria dailies, a resources person to many seminars and workshops especially on Leadership and corporate governance, Business, HIV AIDS. An author of six books on human developments and a member of many associations and networks especially on NGOs and professional bodies. As a change maker, I have reformed and molded prisoners and paid their fines and affected youth associations through my programmes. .I am working to leave a legacy that a future generation will definitely like to follow. My long-term goals include a life devoted to understanding and taking actions to address global challenges, while my present initiative is to create awareness as well as support for all vulnerable people in Nigeria and to pioneer a micro-credit scheme specially for youths. My over-riding passion is to see everybody become a deliberate Difference Maker and the transformation of Africa ,while my messages speak to the pertinent concerns of a world and a people seeking solutions to their perplexing challenges.
