The sudden condemnation of Barack Obama's proposal is to be expected in the run up to a Presidential election but just how many people understand what he's advocating?
Social Enterprise became part of UK government policy in 2002 where by many, it's now considered key to economic survival.
Bill Gates may have frightened hard core capitalists in recent tines with his Creative Capitalism, but now Obama seems to have really set the feathers flying.
