Our Vision

It is the vision of Synolo Training Solutions Ltd that there is a vocational route available that runs parallel to that of a mainstream academic route available within every secondary school that offers a valued training route for all participating young people which starts at KS3. It goes without saying that compulsory education is one of the most influential times for any young person. With this in mind it is important that each young person should be able to access an education which fits their needs and creates future ambitions. It is the mission of Synolo Training Solutions Ltd to offer high class vocational training to young people who, would benefit from a ‘hands on’ experience and training by targeting those who are struggling or are becoming disengaged with traditional subjects. The training offered by Synolo Training Solutions Ltd will be designed to compliment the traditional National Curriculum, with the intention of it being a preventative and motivational tool which could encourage a career and aims to increase outcomes throughout the school experience, from KS3 to KS4. NEETs It is the view of Synolo Training Solutions Ltd that young people who become NEET becomes NEET not just because of the lack of opportunities to engage at post 16, but often because of past learning and social barriers created in younger years. These barriers consequently reduce motivational levels at post compulsory education and create the NEET levels we now have. It is the view of Synolo Training Solutions Ltd that there needs to be two fronts of engagement to tackle the long and short term NEET needs: In the short term there must be continual accessible training (long and short term durations) and employment opportunities at post compulsory education There must be a long term ambition to create a preventative vocational approach starting at KS3, and ending in YR11 which seeks to inspire at an early age and motivation into post 16.
