aNDE Coaching is a Dutch - Kenya company that was started in 2008 to offer training and coaching services to high school students, young professionals and Corporate clients in East Africa. Our services are targeted to offer our clients the ability to find clarity, get extraordinary results and live profoundly satisfying lives. This company is founded on the inspiration and passion to influence the potential of young professionals in order to enhance their personal development – for them to become capable and transformation agents of their own lives, their communities and in their workplaces. Our MISSION is to provide support to individuals and organisations through consultancy, training and development services in the areas of team and leadership development.
