ACODE Foundation inc, was set up to become the center for all development initiatives for Africa and a contact for all community development persons that may wish to help in making African communities a better place to be or incommunity related problems in African Communities.
Projects:
1) Family Restoration and rehabilitation Projects where we have activities tailored towards what we call SOW-Strangers, Orphans Widows).
Here we also care and resettle street children to their homes if there are any in what we call "Love a Child" Initiatives
In here also we intend to have Low cost housing projects for better planned and low cost houses for rural areas to make sure we curb slums in africa like kibera in Kenya, machakos in Kenya, Njenga ju in Tanzania, Kalerwe, katanga, bwaise and masese, in Uganda.
2) Safe Water Projects (SWAP): Here we dig and build shallow wells in rural areas of Africa for people to have access to safe and clean water in order to curb diseases born by water.
3) Micro-Enterprise Develoment (MEND)-Project: In this we patern with development organisations and philanthlopists , friends to Africa, to give out intrest free loans to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprenuers in what we call Micro-Loan Schemes.
We hope to start the WIDE (Women In DEvelopment) Project which will adress only problems tailored to Wives, singlemothers, Widows, elderly women and Tramatised and battered women in African Societies.
4) YES-Youth Empowerment Schemes: where we have things like Talent For Development (TFD), Campaigns Against Drug Abuse (CADA) , Education and capacity building for youths, and other such activities. This is done because we know that Youths are the tommorow pillars of African Communities.
5) Community Health Projects: Here we give out Free Mosquito nets and offer seasonal medical and dental treatments for free.
6) ICT for rural Africa-IFRA project. Here we set up what we call rural Multipurpose centers where we train in ICT, Computers for rural schools, and set up internet Access points, offer market, technology related, and financial related information to MSMEs.
