Easy Way to Develop African Communities

10% of All Africans' Incomes in the diaspora should be set aside per month for community development.
If for instance 100,000 Ghananians in the Diaspora Earn 5,000,000 Dollars a month, that means that each one receives 50 Dollars a month and the 10%of 5M Dollars is 500,000 per month to Ghana, this makes a lot of difference.
This means that effectively every ghanian will submit only 5 Dollars to that Fund and this will not break any one but make alot of difference in the lives of our people. This should be governed with less Administrative costs but with alot nearly 75% to activity costs.
What do people think?

I have written a concept paper and the frame work of how this can happen and we can share and make a difference in the lives of our people. This, with alot of brains and less pressure will touch the lowest person of our communities. I can share this if called upon. regards
