A new report from MINTEL into the British organic food market, shows that despite impressive sales, growth has been hampered by supply problems, as British producers struggle to satisfy our growing appetite for home grown organics.

MINTEL research finds that 71% Brit's have bought organic produce over the last year and sales of organic food are now worth £1.5 billion, up by some 70% since 2002.

This is great news for IndiaOrganix, the Indian food brand.

IndiaOrganix, is the first curry house in Brighton to cook regional signiture dishes of the Indian subcontinent using selected organic chillies, ginger, turmeric, Kokkam, cumin, fennel, fenugreek, coriander and dill grown in small scale spice gardens in Maharashtra, Orissa, Chattisgarh, Uttaranchal, Bihar, Gujarat and Rajasthan.

Our organic pepper, herbal spices, Lakadong turmeric and green ginger are sourced from the north eastern states of India.
