Roller Coaster-like Eco Ride

Japan, the land of the rising sun - famous for its bright neon lights, over polite mannerism, raw fish (Sushi) and of course its highly inventive and wacky gadgets is leading the market for eco-friendly innovation yet again. No, they haven't invented solar panelled vending machines this time round, but instead a new commuter train dubbed the Eco Ride.
The train will go through stern testing this October in the Chiba Prefecture to decide whether it is truly marketable or not. The Eco Ride uses the same principles as a roller coaster to transport its passengers from A to B, using drive units at certain points to pull the carriages along and generate the energy needed to make it run efficiently.
This will greatly reduce the size of railroads and stations, and is thought of as the next generation in tram lines and monorails. The low energy consumption Eco Ride can pull up to 2,500 passengers each hour at a rate of about 20-30 km/h, making it a revoluntionary lightweight urban transportation system.

Splendid news! This new commuter train is, indeed, an inspiring invention, yet again from the land of the rising sun. I gladly commend these Japanese people. In various ways, the're really contributing greatly towards making this world a better home for all while saving our dying environment. We all, with the Japanese, should join hands in making this earth a more livable and peaceful home for humankind; and stop all these senseless conflicts by nations, regions, communities, tribes and people, etc.
