Ethical Career Transition Programme for Women
I-genius member Servane Mouazan launches 'In Wealth', a career transition programme for professional women facing, or dealing with, redundancy who wish to explore self-employment in the ethical business sector. Available now in London, it is an intensive learning and networking programme combining face-to-face sessions, webinars, and action-learning over three to six months. It is delivered by Oguntê, a pioneering organisation working with and for women social innovators and business leaders.
In Wealth enables women to build their resilience, creativity and confidence. They will increase their personal development potential and business acumen. Oguntê founder and Social Entrepreneur, Servane Mouazan, found herself unemployed in a foreign country, despite being post-graduate and having strong business experience. She ended up creating her own business and growing networks in the ethical business sector. She says: "The In Wealth programme provides women the opportunity to immerse themselves in social enterprise, meet successful mentors, and access the Global Tribal Network, a marketing collective that enables them to grow, learn and trade together. Finally, it supports women's wish to contribute to positive social change."
