UK to Pakistan, Bold's groundbreaking cross-cultural expedition

Bold Creative is part of an amazing project with Offscreen Expeditions and Digital Explorer to put on a groundbreaking cross-cultural expedition for young people from the UK to Pakistan. Marty from Bold Creative, and Stephen from Offscreen are currently in Pakistan meeting people from all different sectors, and having an incredibly inspiring time!

The Story? For the past 2 years Offscreen Expeditions have organised and executed student expeditions between the Islamic Middle East and the UK, in order to create a legacy of cultural understanding and create genuinely ‘Global Citizens’ of the future. For 2010 Offscreen, in partnership with Bold Creative and Digital Explorer, have taken 8 young people on an adventure of a lifetime by bringing them from Kuwait, Jordan, Qatar and Pakistan to the UK, then reciprocate the expedition by taking 8 young leaders from the UK to Pakistan.

The aim and vision is to empower emerging youth leaders to engage their peers with a positive vision of Western-Islamic relations through innovative learning tools and the exchange of art and film with an outreach of 20,000 youth online and in the classroom.
