Recently, Sacoma was the winner of the World Food Innovation Awards at the International Food Event Exhibition (IFE) London Excel for Best Social Responsibility Initiative for the Sacoma Kenyan sweet potatoes innovative healthy products made from 100% sweet potato grown by small holder farmers in Kenya and Africa. The World Food Innovation Awards really showcase the best of the best in the global food and beverage industry, from a wide range of companies all over the world, both large and small and the SACOMA Team were very proud to be a winner of this Award. “We are fascinated by the real level of innovation that is shown in products all over the world. We are now focused to see new flavours, new concepts, all the way to clever packaging and successes in environmental responsibility for our sweet potato products,” said SACOMA CEO Perez Ochieng.
