The first truly Global Healthy Workplace Awards & Summit is hosted by Global Knowledge Network Exchange in health (GKEN), Wolf Kirsten International Health Consulting and i-genius with the Cigna Foundation as lead sponsor. The programme will employ three phases:
1. Global Healthy Workplace Awards (submit nomination)
2. Globaly Healthy Summit (invitation only, at The Waldorf Hotel)
3. Twelve month ongoing promotion for the Award winners to enable others to learn from, replicate and where appropriate support them.
The Awards are based on the WHO’s Healthy Workplace Model for Action and entries are welcome in the following categories:
Small & Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs)
Large Enterprises: with over 250 employees
Specialized programmes: employers of all sizes who run a particular innovative workplace health promotion program in some but necessarily all of the selected classifications.
Nominations for the Awards will be open from 26th November 2012 to 10th February 2013.
