What is the FairWare Project?

Our Project stresses the question, what might arise, when open innovation and fair production / fair trade comes together in one organization.
We belief that fair production and fairtrade needs a structure, involving all stakeholder in a system, which lends all of them more or less equal power.
We are designing such a system in the Moment.

What has been your biggest challenge so far?

To find a form of organization, which allows that kind of involvement. The corporate law provides no pattern for this.

Is Switzerland an ideal place to live to be a Social Entrepreneur?

We are quite privileged here. So we have the capacity to work on very cardinal questions.

What is the future of FairWare Project?

We are working now on the first component of the structure: a trust. Next step will be the setup of a collaborative platform where designers, producers, traders and consumers work together at eye level.

What book are you reading now?

Calvin and Hobbes. This comic strip allows my to step out of work totally in the evening.

If you could paint the world in three colours, what would they be and why?

The three basic colours, because you can mix every existing colour with this three.
