Celebrating organisations putting people, purpose and wellbeing at the heart of business
The 14th Global Healthy Workplace Awards and Summit took place on 19–20 October 2026 at ISEG in Lisbon, bringing together international leaders, employers and workplace wellbeing experts to explore how healthier workplaces can drive positive social impact, stronger businesses and more sustainable growth.
The event highlighted an important message: looking after people is not just the right thing to do – it makes good business sense.
‘Good health is truly good business, and our winners this year have demonstrated exceptional leadership in fostering workplace wellbeing,’ said Wolf Kirsten, Co-Director of the Global Centre for Healthy Workplaces.
The summit featured keynote contributions from the International Labour Organization and Eurofound, exploring topics including job quality, workplace standards, organisational culture and the integration of artificial intelligence. Panel discussions also examined how employers can create healthier, more inclusive and productive working environments.
Tommy Hutchinson, Co-Director of the Global Centre for Healthy Workplaces, commented: ‘Seeing such diverse organisations champion holistic health initiatives is a massive milestone for global workplace standards.’
