social entrepreneurship growing in thailand
Wednesday will see the Launch of the British Council’s Skills for Social Entrepreneurs at the TCDC, Emporium Tower, Bangkok. The aim of the project is to raise awareness of social enterprise and capacity building needed for social entrepreneurs in Thailand as well as establish a network of social entrepreneurs in Thailand.
I-genius founder (Tommy Hutchinson) will be giving the keynote address to a audience of Social entrepreneurs in any fields in Thailand, CSR representatives, Business partners, NGOs and Government officials. The conference will be opened by the British Ambassador to Thailand, Quinton Quayle and other speakers include Apirak Kosayodhin, adviser to the Prime Minister. The event is due to be covered by Thai television and will be moderated by Channel 9 news Ms Veenarat Laohapakaul.
