MILO (Mentorship Intergenerational Learning Orchestra) is an experiential learning and organisational initiative, designed and led by Big Bang Lab, a cultural social enterprise based in London. BBL do community development via participatory media production, online video marketing, communication and memory consultancy, research & learning. As retro-innovators and catalysts, they look back to move forward. BBL have experience in designing and delivering intergenerational media projects in the UK and India, as well as in re-using film archives for learning and heritage engagement purposes. They use video to connect people and communities to have and share a collective voice .
Currently, they are seeking the right match of mentors and mentees, keen to develop new skills. Young graduates will benefit of a unique blended learning experience over a period of 4 months, combining mentorship, skills sharing and hands on work experience.
